Terms and Conditions — Pak Rummy Platform Rules

By registering an account on pak rummy, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any game on the platform, you are confirming your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance is binding from the moment you complete the registration process.

These terms should be read alongside the pak rummy Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.

Pak rummy is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any part of the platform, including free-play modes and the sports betting section. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of location.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are a real individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your full name, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your pak rummy account. This means:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone.
• Logging out of the platform when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying pak rummy immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allowing any other person to use your account, including family members.

Pak rummy will not be responsible for any losses resulting from you sharing your login details or failing to secure your account. Any activity that takes place through your account is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach promptly.

All transactions on pak rummy are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage — you deposit in PKR, your account balance is held in PKR and all winnings are credited in PKR.

Pak rummy supports the following deposit methods:

• Easypaisa — Direct deposit from your Easypaisa account
• Raast — Pakistan's instant payment system
• Bank Transfer — Direct bank-to-bank transfer in PKR

Deposits must be funded from accounts or payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds that originate from another person's account or payment method is a breach of these terms. Pak rummy reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend any account where the source of funds cannot be confirmed as belonging to the registered account holder.

You may request a withdrawal of your available pak rummy balance at any time through the withdrawal section of your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, and always in PKR.

Before a withdrawal is processed, pak rummy may carry out standard verification checks to confirm your identity and the legitimacy of the funds being withdrawn. This is a routine process that protects all users of the platform. You may be asked to provide:

• A copy of a valid government-issued ID (CNIC or passport).
• Proof that the payment method belongs to you.
• Additional documentation if required by the verification team.

Withdrawals will not be processed to payment accounts that are not registered in your name. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being reviewed. The pak rummy betting section covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports. All bets are placed in PKR and settled according to the official result of the relevant event. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system.
• Pre-match bets are locked at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds current at the moment of confirmation, which will reflect the live match situation.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before completion, bets will be settled according to pak rummy's void and abandonment policy, which is displayed within the betting section.
• Pak rummy reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has already been determined at the time the bet was placed.
• Maximum stake limits per bet and per event apply and are shown within the betting interface.
• Bets placed using funds that have not yet cleared in your account will not be accepted.

Cricket betting — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — is governed by the same rules above. In the event of a match being interrupted by weather, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result is treated as the official result for settled bets where applicable. If a match is abandoned with no result, bets on that match are voided and stakes returned.

Pak rummy's games library includes slots, fish games, bingo and other gaming content. All games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and game title is available within the individual game information panel.

By participating in any game on pak rummy, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG systems and are not influenced by previous results or any external factors.
• The displayed RTP is a statistical average calculated over a large number of rounds and does not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session.
• All game stakes are deducted from your real-money balance at the time the round is initiated.
• Technical errors during a game round — such as a disconnection before a result is recorded — will be handled in accordance with pak rummy's technical fault policy, which aims to restore the player to the correct pre-fault position where records permit.

Bingo on pak rummy operates with fixed prize pools per room that are displayed before you purchase tickets. Pak rummy may offer bonuses, deposit matches, free bets and other promotional offers to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all pak rummy bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games are specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak rummy. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method or account details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets, access games or manipulate the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches or incorrectly posted odds for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive behaviour towards pak rummy staff or other users.
• Attempting to access restricted sections of the platform without authorisation.

Pak rummy monitors all account activity for suspicious patterns and cooperates fully with any legitimate investigation into financial crime or platform abuse. Any funds associated with prohibited activity will be frozen pending investigation.

Pak rummy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification.
• Suspicious financial activity or suspected money laundering.
• Use of prohibited software or manipulation of the platform.
• Multiple account creation.
• Providing false registration information.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, any balance held in the account will be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

You may close your pak rummy account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your registered payment method following standard verification, provided no breach of terms is identified during the closure process.

Pak rummy provides the platform on an "as available" basis and, while every reasonable effort is made to ensure continuous, error-free operation, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside the platform's control may cause temporary interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted, pak rummy's liability to any user is limited to the value of funds held in that user's account at the time the claim arises. The platform is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a user's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the user's side.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind.
• Losses resulting from reliance on information displayed on third-party sports results services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Pak rummy may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified through the platform — either via an in-account notification or a message to the mobile number registered on the account. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

Continued use of the pak rummy platform after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
